Darek Hahn knows what it means to start over. As a young man, his actions led to a jail sentence that became a turning point in his life. What followed was a commitment to accountability, stronger relationships, and a different way of living and working. Over time, he rebuilt his path, earning a college degree, overcoming cancer, and going on to co-acquire and lead an IT company as CEO before successfully selling the business. Today, Darek is building a new IT company and is the founder of 1X ARND Consulting, where he works with individuals and organizations to move from self-focused success to shared success. He lives in Cranbury, New Jersey, with his wife Ann.
